As a 1st time customer I was very pleased with the company and the entire process. After creating an account, I ordered the lens and then received an email with the confirmation and letting me know that I would be receiving a phone call before sending the item requested. The phone call went well, they shipped the lens, and it arrived on the day I was expecting them. They arrived in a secure box and a returned label. Everything went well. I will use their services again.
10/10 experience. These guys are serious about their customer service. I needed a quick turnaround on a rental, and FedEx delayed my shipment. I called LPTG customer service, and they had a new one overnighted to me at no extra charge, and I didn’t have to do a thing.
