I am visiting the area for Family and I had find a place to get my hair done at the last minute. Courtney was able to squeeze me in the morning the same day I called. I greatly appreciated it and Heather did an amazing job on my hair. Everyone was so kind and professional. I would definitely come back when I revisit the area again. Former Newbury street, Boston client, looking for a comparable result on the south shore, and I am ecstatic. I followed my prior stylist for 15 years but when the covid shutdown happened and then remote work, it became increasingly difficult to get into the city. I had tried a different Hingham salon and the color and cut just didn’t compare…so when I could, I struggled back into the city when I could to get the color and cut I needed.
I finally couldn’t do it anymore and happened upon reviews for Texture and Gloss. I could not be happier!! The color and cut is even better than what I had.

I can’t believe I have been going to T&G for so long and have never written a review before ?♀️ criminal. Lauren has been cutting my hair for years now and she is amazing! She is not only a great stylist who listens to what you want out of the cut (and does a beautiful blowout), but is also such a warm and genuine person! I recently did a curly/wavy cut with her and I am so happy with it. The new T&G location is convenient and beautiful inside. Booking online has always been so easy and reception is helpful and kind.
