We are beyond grateful to have had Noel as our midwife for the birth of our daughter. Our baby was nearly two weeks late, and throughout that time Noel was calm, confident, and incredibly knowledgeable. She walked me through several thoughtful, evidence-based protocols to help get things moving, always making sure I felt informed, supported, and empowered every step of the way.

When the time came, Noel was an absolute professional — steady, reassuring, and deeply skilled. Thanks to her guidance and care, I was able to successfully and safely birth my baby, and I truly felt supported throughout the entire experience. Having Noel as part of our birth team was a blessing, and I cannot recommend her highly enough to anyone looking for compassionate, expert midwifery care!

Working with Noel was the BEST birth experience we could have ever asked for. After having a previous pregnancy loss and feeling unheard and unsupported by 2 different OBGYN practices, Noel gave us the support and confidence we needed through the entire pregnancy, birth, and post-birth experience. Noel's history and education with home births made her the perfect fit for us. She took the time to educate us on numerous topics as things came up throughout the process. At each step in the pregnancy, we were well informed in order to make decisions about next steps. She was always open to hearing our concerns, validating our feelings, and respecting our choices. Our birthing experience went very smoothly overall because of Noel's care. It was a very positive experience and we could not have been happier to have a successful home birth. Following birth, she spent sooooo much time with us. She was there for every step of my postpartum care and always had suggestions to support my immediate needs or refer me to get support if needed. She provided careful care to our son for 6 weeks post-birth. She was available via text message or phone call whenever we had a question and prioritized coming to us every time we wanted additional support. She always validated our feelings when we had a concern, and always prioritized coming to support us. As first time parents, we had a lot of concerns and Noel was there every step of the way. Noel did all of our son's initial post care. She helped us with breastfeeding support, getting his weight checked, getting donor milk (when supply was low), vitals checks, pediatrician lists, and lab work, all within our home. We developed a close bond with Noel and will always be grateful for her time, care, and expertise, during such a special time in our lives. We can't say enough how thankful we are!

Oh miss Noel... Where to start? When I found out I was pregnant I was scared, scared of so many things. One including the desire to not be involved with an OB and western doctors. I knew i wanted someone / something that would speak to my soul, honor my choices, give me authentic answers with backed up experience... so I started looking and Mullein Moon Birth popped up in my searches. Her website was so warming, inviting and showing me the trust that I felt I needed. Shortly after reaching out, we met and my mind and soul were blown with comfort and connection. Her expertise alongside her bedside manner & honest truth made me feel right at home, like this is where I needed to be. She supported our almost 10 month journey + 6 weeks postpartum. When we had appointments, they could go anywhere from 45 minutes - 2 hrs...and she never cut us short, always had time for us and our questions and to create a bond between us. I felt so safe and held during my entire pregnancy, birth and post partum. I truly cant put it into words the energy that she carries in herself and in her practice. What I can say is that we are LUCKY to have had her by our side during one of the most transformational and scary times of our lives. We successfully birthed our little boy in the comfort of our own home & he was and is so healthy. I highly recommend Noel to anyone (any woman especially) who is seeking connective, backed by experience of all kinds, comforting care during their pregnancy journey. I recieved answers I know many friends who have gone the other route, had no idea of. I felt like I had the secret door to success and ease during this phase of my life. I am honored to say miss Noel birthed our little boy & if I ever were to do it again, I know I'd RUN right back to her. We love you Noel & we are happy to scream it from the mountain tops. Also here if anyone ever wants to talk to someone whose been through it with her! Thank you for everything that you embody, inside and out. You are the essence of love. Blessed <3

P.s. She even made my mom (who was welcome to come to any visits & did) comfortable with our choices and safety. (my mom was not excited about home birthing & she really opened up to the excitement behind it & truly appreciated the experience as she was alongside us every step of the way!)

Dr Onuigbo is the worst. Incredibly rude and condescending. I made an appointment to repeat bloodwork for an ongoing problem (confirmed by multiple previous blood tests) and she interrupted me every time I named the condition and accused me of “self diagnosing”. Very odd and completely unhelpful. She also prescribed an over the counter supplement that I’ve been on for over a year without any improvement, which she would have known if she let me speak. Terrible doctor. Looking forward to finding a new one asap!

I had a lovely new patient physical with Dr. Maureen O. The phlebotomist, receptionist and other medical professional who collected my blood pressure and weight were all pleasant. I recommend.

I am very pleased with the service, with each of the staff who attended me, I see them very professional and above all that they care about the patient, dedicated to their work.

Had one of the worst medical experiences I've ever had in my life with Dr. Onuigbo. I was so relieved to finally get to talk to someone about my symptoms that have become debilitating, only to be given a prescription for an OTC medication that is a band-aid treatment for issues I've had for years. She had no desire to help me figure out what was actually going on or how to try and fix the underlying condition.

She was constantly interrupting me when I tried to answer her questions. At one point she said she had been practicing medicine for 30 years and to stop "trying to explain everything and just tell me". I can only assume that meant my thoughts and insights into my own health meant nothing to her and in her mind were a challenge to her authority. What she wanted was a bullet list of diagnoses and treatments, not a human being.

The more she interrupted and criticized me, the more I got stressed out and started to shut down and fumble over my words and struggled to remember dates and information, but did my best to slow down and answer more carefully. She asked when I was diagnosed with something, and I replied "I've had it most of my life" she became visibly upset, and berated me for being imprecise, even though it was totally irrelevant to my treatment. She also got upset when I said "a few weeks ago" rather than a specific date. I felt so humiliated at being unable to give her the exact answers she wanted (which didn't matter), and she was increasingly impatient and rude. It got to the point where I completely forgot other symptoms I was having and felt like it wouldn't matter what I said anyway, so we never got to discuss them.

She asked if I had ever tried a medication, I asked her to repeat herself because I didn't hear her properly when she asked, as her back was to me briefly. I paused to think, as I had never heard the word before, and replied no. She then said "you take a long time to answer questions don't you". So not only was I supposed to be extremely precise and say as little words as possible, but I also was not allowed more that 0.5 seconds to think of my response to her questions.

At the end of the visit I asked which blood tests she was ordering (I had requested specific ones), and she said it was to look at "all of the things you were complaining about". I came to her wanting specific blood tests done, but she did not include them, and in addition added a bunch of superfluous STI tests and a DRUG TOXICOLOGY test despite me being clear about my not using drugs and it being irrelevant to the issues I'm having. To have a debilitating mystery illness that has been progressively getting worse, to the point of me having to miss work, and have it referred to as something I was "complaining about" was the cherry on top.

I typically like working with my doctors to have a conversation and discussion about what's going on and what might be a good approach, but this woman had zero interest in that. This was an incredibly dehumanizing experience, and I will never be desperate enough to return to this doctor. I do not think she should be practicing medicine with patients in person, and it begs the question why people like these even become doctors in the first place...

While waiting to see my new PCP, I could hear her talking to another patient through the walls with uncomfortable clarity. Felt like I was violating their privacy but there was nothing to muffle them. Once I finally saw my doc, she basically dismissed all my issues as problems of being a woman or being fat. She refused to refer me to specialists for my issues until I lose weight. Turned out my appointment was right before they all went to lunch so i’m sure that didn’t help. The only good part of my visit was my incredibly kind and personable phlebotomist who took time to make sure we didn’t have to poke my tiny veins more than once. This star is for you only.
