Very friendly and professional. The haircuts always come out how I want them too. Highly recommend this salon.

This place is horrible!!!! I had called to see how much it would be to get my hair dyed she said $60 over the phone I get there a few days later & the owner was doing my hair which came out streaky & super dry & unbelievably brassy!!!! At the end of doing my hair I ask how much & she says $190!! Never ever again!She became cold unfriendly like pay me but that wasn't what we had agreed upon in the first place or I would've have went to a professional in Newbury not a no name in chelsea! Disgusted
