Needed an emergency plumber for a leaking/defunct water heater. Called at 7AM on a Sunday and had a new one installed before Noon same day. Was a little on the expensive side but I expected that for fast Sunday service. Good about following up for a town inspection as well. No complaints, would use again!
This is an excellent company. From a fair and smooth quotation process, to an impecable, pristine and extremely professional execution.
During quotation, Doug answered every single question I had with no rush, giving a very detailed technical answer. When I changed the project scope a little bit over the phone, he came back to ensure he understood my new request. When we experienced surprises mid way, he honored his price.
