Chharlie did an astounding job diagnosing the problem with my water heater and replacing it while under warranty, all in less than a week on either side of the July 4 holiday weekend. He’s knowledgeable and respectful, left the space clean and tidy. Highly recommended!
Doug, I just want to thank you for sending your service man out to handle my two exterior spigots. I liked the brand you picked out. It’s the little things that make all the difference; for example, now my can drain these for the winter time instead of having them freeze up, even though they were supposedly frost free. He showed up within the window of time did a very neat and clean job on the exterior trim. And left the place clean. Five star operation for sure. Thank you again.
Sarun was the technician to look at my A/C unit. He came on time, clearly explained the pricing, and fixed my unit in about 45 min or so. My unit is fairly old, so he also told me that I should not do any maintenance as at this point it's not worth it, and can create more problems than it solves. It's rare nowadays when someone is not trying to upsell.
Overall, I'm very happy with the service.
