I first met Dr. Jen for her birth prep course during my second pregnancy. I learned a lot and felt way more prepared than I did with my first. I started seeing her for PT at 6 weeks postpartum. I’m now 5 months postpartum and feel stronger than I did before I got pregnant the second time! I honestly do like to workout so I was familiar with a lot of the exercises Dr. Jen and I did. But she definitely held me accountable and pushed me to make the exercises harder, which I needed. She also gave me some great cues for making sure I was using all the right muscles and getting the most out of each exercise and that alone has made a huge difference in my progress.
