I have had chronic back and neck pain for years, tried chiropractors and other solutions but never acupuncture because I have a huge fear of needles. Dr Zhao was very professional and patient with me, answering all of my questions, figuring out exactly where my pain was, and starting slowly on my first few visits, checking in on my comfort level.
