John and Tracy are the absolute best at what they do! We looked at 18 homes over a 2 day period and John was knowledgeable and willing to get us into everything we wanted to see. We really appreciated his perspective and vast experience on the Boston Market. John and his wife also went way above and beyond by allowing our son that was moving there for school to stay at his family home for a week because school was starting before we could close and take possession of the place we were purchasing. John is a phenomenal Real Estate Agent and an even more phenomenal Human!

We were totally impressed with Tracy's knowledge, experience, and advice on the housing market, staging, open house practices, etc... in selling our home. She and her staff went out of their way to make this stressful event as easy as possible. They were always very professional, friendly, and eager to help. We had a buyer within 5 days! I have worked with Tracy's team twice as a a buyer and twice as a seller over a period of many years. I have worked with others outside of the area she services as well so have some experience to compare. Tracy's team has always gone above and beyond and delivered beyond our expectations.
