The pricing is affordable, with eyebrow threading costing around $12 to $15, and they accept various payment methods, including cards and Apple Pay. However, some reviews indicate issues with changing business hours, leading to confusion among customers. It is recommended to call ahead to confirm hours before visiting. Overall, Thread & Shape is well-regarded for its eyebrow services, though potential visitors should be aware of the fluctuating hours.
I loved how my brows turned out and I really appreciate how much time and precision she used while doing them. I didn’t get her name but the woman who did my brows was very kind, polite, and welcoming! I will be going out of my way to come back here. Also if you’re wondering it was $15 for brows and they accepted card and Apple Pay.
Other reviews mention the hours, I think they have a phone so I’ll try calling before I go next time to see if they’re open.
I like this place and they always do my brows right, but the hours are constantly changing. Got here today at 10 because it says on their website that’s when they open, but the hours are completely different in person. Uploaded a recent picture so you can save yourself some trouble if planning to come here.
Pretty good job. First time getting my eyebrows threaded. I was walking home from the museum on a Sunday afternoon and thought, why not? $12 and it took 10 minutes. I had Rina, I thought she did pretty well and was understanding that it was my first time. Someone else said the lady who did it was "very short" with them. Not sure if this is the same person, but you know, when English is someone's second language, they might not talk so much. She was as clear and cordial as necessary.
