Lexi is truly a gem. She makes you feel comfortable and at ease at every visit. She’s incredibly pleasant to interact with—kind, calm, and genuinely attentive—and creates a welcoming, judgment-free environment from start to finish. She’s also very enjoyable to talk to during sessions, which makes the time pass quickly.

Her knowledge and expertise are immediately apparent. She is meticulous and it really shows in the quality and consistency of her work. You never feel rushed, and she clearly cares about doing things the right way.

I started seeing Monique since July of 2025. She as well as the other staff have been super friendly and welcoming. Monique took the time to explain to me in detail what to expect before my first session. She put me at ease as I was a bit nervous about the pain (whichs turns out to be minimal for me). I consider myself Trans fem and have never felt anything but super supportive from Monique and staff. They want to help you achieve the look you want. I absolutely love it here and will continue with my treatment into the future. Highly recommended.
