A wonderful yoga studio. Spira has a wealth of knowledge about the body, anatomy and approaches to Yoga and wellness. The environment here is welcoming and nurturing. The space is really lovely; a sanctuary in the heart of busy East Cambridge.

My highest recommendation. This studio is personal, intimate, and a feeling of home. The instructors are truly one of a kind and offer a variety of calming yoga experiences. I can't wait for the summer outdoor classes!

I have only good things to say about this place! I bought their first month unlimited pass and it's so worth it! The studio itself has a lovely Mediterranean vibe and is super bright, clean, and well kept. The instructors are awesome and very attentive! All different types of classes here- I was so excited to see they have restorative yoga which is a practice that not a lot of studios offer. The owner is so sweet and really put her everything into this studio and it shows! It just opened up, and it's worth buying a pass for! I could see this place being booked out in a matter of weeks. Overall, amazing experience, classes, ambiance, and instructors!
