I've been here twice for PT, and done PT multiple times at other providers. Spaulding is definitely the best. They really know their stuff, their gym is very clean and well equipped, and staff are universally polite and helpful. I've always found they call me back quickly if necessary. They also use MyChart, so once you're in the system, it's very easy to communicate. That said, because they are so good, there is always a long waiting list. For a new patient, the first available appointment is usually 2-3 months out, sometimes more. Don't expect to get in quickly.
