I had a pleasant and straightforward experience getting two ties and suit cleaned.
Dropped off on Tuesday, said I would need them Friday AM and picked them up with no issues.
I think the prior negative reviews are old and overblown, don't let them confuse you.
They did a great job getting a stain out of a red jacket that I couldn’t get myself. They’ve also done a bunch of mending for me which has come out well. Happy to keep coming.
This place is easily the best cleaners/tailor in the neighborhood. Took them a pile of stuff—clothes to be adjusted; stain I couldn’t remove; normal dry cleaning—and they did it all in record time. Also forgot to mention I wanted a tear in a pair of pants fixed and they did it anyway. Highly recommend.
