I dropped off a very expensive polo shirt and they claimed I did something with it and when they washed it, it had holes. they never gave me the shirt and only refunded me 1/3 of the value. While all along the worker guy there was yelling at me saying I did it! what a mistake going to this place! horrible customer service when it was their fault.

I brought in a backpack that needed a zipper replaced. It wasn't completed by the date they gave me initially, so I called back once a week after that to see if it was ready. Each time they said it would be soon and that they would call me when it was ready. They never once called me. After a month and a half of this, the next time I called they said it was finally ready and they were "too busy to call me to let me know." It was a very basic fix that took 1.5 months to complete. This is an extremely unreliable and unprofessional business. Please do not waste your time.

Never again!I decided to give it a try after 2 yrs (as I had a bad experience before). Two out of the four items were returned with blue stains. They tried to redo/ remove them but didn't work. I'm thankful that these items were not new. I had to throw them away.
