Never again!I decided to give it a try after 2 yrs (as I had a bad experience before). Two out of the four items were returned with blue stains. They tried to redo/ remove them but didn't work. I'm thankful that these items were not new. I had to throw them away.
Im horrified by this place. They returned my nicest lilac sweater (100% cashmere) with blue stains and big hole in it. It was a gift from my family and the most expensive item I have ever owned. I will request a full $200 refund.
Do yourself a favor and never go here, not even in last minute emergencies.
Absolutely terrible, inconsistent, and not someplace we'll ever return.
When we first moved we didn't realize there was a solid family owned cleaner on Concord at Walden a block or two away. With Imperial, yes, if you get your clothes back at all it'll be in a day. They may be clean, they may not. May be in the same shape you send them in, may not. If not that's on your. Or you may never see them again. This final scenario happened to us with a pair of custom pants that were part of an entire outfit.
