I've only found this place a few months ago, but Sasha Salon has quickly become my go-to for waxing. The space is clean and calm, and everyone on staff is warm and professional. I see Anooradha regularly and she is wonderful (so warm! so kind!) and her work is efficient and thorough. Online booking is easy and their hours are extensive, so scheduling has never been an issue. They are also independently owned, which means when you come here you're supporting a small local business — something that is unfortunately becoming harder to find in Harvard Square. I can't recommend them highly enough!
Beatriz is so caring and therapeutic in her approach to my skincare. She has coached me over the last few years to repair my skin barrier, which I destroyed with bad products, and she gives me so much helpful advice about how to care for my very sensitive skin. She is thoughtful with the time she spends and I always leave relaxed, refreshed and my face has never looked better. I've had a lot of facials in my life -- Dermalogica, Aveda, randos - and I will NEVER go anywhere else.
I always go to Michelle for my nails and to Lena for facials. Both are careful and patient (my toenails are a mess). The salon is organized with separate treatment rooms so no tvs blaring or other patrons over sharing.
