We work with Plow Guys across a lot of the properties we manage at Peacock Properties, and they’ve always been great to work with. They’re attentive, responsive, and understand the demands that come with managing multiple properties.
Communication is straightforward, and they’re great to deal with, which makes a big difference during busy seasons.
I would definitely recommend Plow Guys for both snow and landscaping services.
I live in a 2-household condo, and Plowguys has been shoveling our sidewalks and driveway for, I think, three winters now. They are pricey, but they are reliable and do a great job. When we had the two big snows this winter, they were on top of them; they came twice each time -- after the first 6 or 9 or 12 inches, and after the full snowstorm. We've given them a list of what needs to be done and our preferences. I have, on occasion, had to call them back; they are gracious about completing the job.
They kept everything clear and salted throughout the whole winter. They were there when expected and came back if needed. Their world class dispatcher BEATRIZ would happily and PROMPTLY respond with ETA, notes for extra salt or send guys back as requested. I'd give them 6 Stars.
