Kevin Hunt was the real estate agent I worked with in recent months, who helped me through navigating all the steps to become a first time landlord. I had been contemplating renting my condo for years, but actively avoided actually taking the steps to do so due to feelings of stress and anxiety surrounding making such a big decision that comes with so many responsibilities (not to mention, most of which was all new territory for me that I knew next to nothing about!).
