My very large music library and playlists have been stored both on my Windows PC and my iPhone. I needed Mac Doctor’s help in two potentially complex transitions: from iTunes to Apple Music, and from Microsoft cloud storage to Apple Music cloud storage.
Mac Doctor assured me that although it was a Mac shop, it had enough experience with Apple software running on the Windows OS that it should be easy to accomplish, quick and therefore relatively inexpensive.
After considerable time and expense, however, the task was not accomplished. Worse, the playlists had been corrupted, and manually recreating them would have taken weeks of work. That’s the bad news.
The good news is that Mac Doctor, at its time and expense, then got creative and figured out ways to perform both transformations. At the end of the process, I am a happy customer, with exactly the system I sought Mac Doctor’s help to create.

MacDoctor was very helpful with repairing my Macbook Air, which had died. I first brought it to the Mass Ave, Harvard Square shop where Mersad was able to revive the laptop but access to data files seemed to have been lost. I emailed MacDoctor and the next day, Bill, a smart and friendly Apple software specialist, came to my home, retrieved the data, and also corrected a backup problem. Now the computer is working very well. Thank you!

Mac Doctor is the best tech group I have worked with. They are prompt, knowledgeable, fair, and will bend over backwards to help. They recently solved a project problem I was having calibrating the monitor colors with the print colors that my Canon Pro was producing. Not only did they fix that problem but made a Photoshop template that cut many hours off the project. I couldn't have asked for more.

This Brief Review begins more than ten years ago when I first consulted with MacDoc for help. It is only now that I am writing it down for the public. Mr.MacDoc is smart, kind, very helpful and patient. We have met in person, he has made house calls to me, and we work over the telephone. He has always helped me in the most positive and timely manner. I recommend him and his services to our community wholeheartedly.
