Dennis is the only trainer I have ever hired that knew so much about not only exercise, but how to correct and work with issues that I have experienced. From the first assessment appointment, to our last appointment today all I can say is that I am so fortunate that I found him when I did at this stage of my life (almost 60). He can quickly and efficiently identify what is happening, provide stretches, and a plan of action to correct the situation. Luckily we had an appointment after I fell down some stairs at my office, and the timing was critical - he helped me zero in on what I could do, and my recovery time has been incredibly short. I highly recommend Dennis! He helped me rehab my shoulder in a matter of a few sessions and I am able to focus on my personal training goals now that my shoulder is getting stronger! He doesn't just have you run through the various exercises, he also explains WHY he is having you do each one and how it will help in the long run.
Dennis truly is the best! I had a shoulder injury that persisted over two years in spite of seeing numerous chiropractors, massage therapists and even other physical therapists. No one was able to help me beyond short term relief nor would they spend more than 15 minutes with me. Then I finally came across Dennis here on Yelp and thought I'd give him a try. He was the first person who spent quality time with me and provide me with an accurate diagnosis. He gave me a very specific treatment plan that targeted my injured muscles in addition to massage therapy, which also helped with the pain.
