Bottom-line: Helena is a miracle-worker who truly pays attention to what you individually need. She also is fun, engaging, and not judgmental. I’ve been working with her for a couple of years, and she addressed the root causes of my persistent shoulder and neck pain. She draws upon several approaches (she is a licensed massage therapist, certified Pilates instructor, and trained in gyrotonics, among other things), and she has a deep knowledge of anatomy. It would not be going too far to say that she is uniquely skilled. She also creates a unique program for each person, depending on their needs — there is nothing cookie-cutter about her approach.
