Ed & Gail get it done! I had a condo that had been in horrible disrepair. Ed came in and saw what it could be! He put me in touch with a great contractor and together they made the seemingly impossible, possible! Upon completion of the renovation, Ed & Gail got the unit listed for sale and in 6 days I had a binding offer. Ed, Gail and their team are amazing to work with, you can't do any better than them!

Gail and Ed’s reputation is well-deserved. Don’t be fooled by the $20 million listings. They say and I now believe that midrange Cambridge housing is their bread and butter. Ed is hyper-responsive by text. Also they will give it to you straight. We made the listing agreement with them in early February before Trump started the Harvard, tariff, and NIH biotech nonsense that significantly cooled the Cambridge market. They gave us “straight from the shoulder” advice about prepping and staging the house and then later the need to make a price reduction in light of the foregoing.
