The spa is very clean and all the staff is very pleasant and professional. The owner Kelly is very attentive and provides the highest level of care. She goes the extra mile to ensure her clients select the appropriate treatment and always follows up after the procedure to make sure the results are satisfactory.
Amazing! They're always attentive and very careful, also very thorough with explanations and the procedure itself. I did a package deal for laser hair removal that were spaced out over many months, and they always made me feel at ease, which is great because it was my first time doing anything like this! They tell you how many sessions you'll likely need and reassess as you go. They got new machines in as well that improved the experience overall. I'm looking forward to getting more procedures done here in the future. Honestly, it's the only place I trust.
Been coming here since 2009! Kelly is amazing, I love Marcy, Jade, Jessica, everyone Kelly hires is the best. You're wasting your money, time, and beauty if you're going anywhere else.
