Dr. Sylvia (Scott) and his staff are a welcome change from the crappy service I got at the first optometrist I went to when I got to Boston. They're a breeze to schedule with, and appointments have gone off without a hitch (meaning, no waiting or backed up schedules at all) so far. The doctor himself, and the other doctor, a female, who works there, are both incredibly professional, but at the same time totally easy to work with--which is saying a lot, since I've had some docs that are a bit lacking in the personality department. He also gives you all sort of information on himself, and gives you a little portfolio with information about your prescription, rebates, referral bonuses, etc. It's really convenient, and nice to not feel like you're just being herded through the office.
