Nurse Janet has such incredible patience, as someone who has anxiety, she creates such a comfortable safe environment. She is so kind. In my experience Dr. Nagendra is highly attentive. Her team provides great care. The receptionists there are nice and helpful.

I first want to share that I live in the north shore & decided to go to cha to deliver my baby. It was worth the drive! I was originally scheduled for a C-section on April 8th, but my son decided to come early on March 27th. He was breech, and when I arrived at Cambridge CHA, the triage team was fabulous and very attentive right from the start.
Dr. Franco saw me and was incredibly kind, knowledgeable, and reassuring. We made the decision to move forward with a C-section that morning. I’ve struggled with anxiety most of my life, and I was very nervous going in—but to my surprise, during this C-section I didn’t experience the overwhelming anxiety I expected. I did not need any anxiety medication, which I truly believe was because of the calm environment and the excellent care I received.
The anesthesiologist, Jessica, was especially amazing. She had such a down-to-earth presence and really took the time to walk me through each step of what she was doing. She kept me comfortable and even asked if I wanted a Spotify playlist during the procedure. She also offered essential oils, which helped ease my nausea, and during the spinal she and the team kept me talking and distracted in the most thoughtful way.
The nurses, Dr. Franco, and Jessica all made me feel heard, cared for, and supported the entire time. I was terrified going in, but this team completely changed how I experienced birth. Everyone’s birth story is different, but I can honestly say mine was a very positive one thanks to CHA. I cannot speak more highly of the care I received. Thank you for listening to me, supporting me, and helping me welcome my son into the world with such compassion.

I just had my daughter at the cha in Cambridge on the 6th and I must say the staff was amazing. Not only were the nurses so kind and respectful but I truly felt like myself and my daughters care was top priority with everyone I interacted with. The labor and delivery nurse Kim was literally a god sent with my anxiety issues. I felt so supported. After the delivery my nurse sammi was so supportive . I got so lucky to have such an amazing birthing experience. If I could give ten stars I would !

I had my IUD done here for the first time I did not realize it would be very un pleasant but I went for it and the nurse was okay but I definitely did not like the nurse assistant saying judgmental things to me about my pain tolerance and how “birth is worse honey” and laughing it’s weird behavior. I really feel like that’s out of line and overall was a horrible experience.

I had an IUD placed by PP a few years ago and had a terrible experience- I had a lot of pain and the provider cut the strings too short. I went to CHA to get it removed and replaced, and it was much better than I had hoped. The provider talked me through the steps that would happen if she couldn’t find the strings. She used enough anesthetic and had great technique and repeatedly checked in about my pain level. I had to reschedule my appointment at the last minute and they fit me in for the same day and didn’t act like they were in a rush or I was inconveniencing them.

Don't go here, I wouldn't wish my experience with their billing dept on anyone. I had an appointment and over the next 5 months was billed and re-billed $2600 3 separate times for the same procedure. They failed to send my referral to my insurance twice. They tried to get me to sign something to say any cost my insurance refused to cover I would cover, this was hidden in a sign-in form... thank god I didn't sign that because my insurance explained that for 2 visits they coded 3 things incorrectly resulting in an extra $225 on my bill, which I would've been obligated to pay had I signed that form. Their billing dept refused to help me the 3rd time they billed me $2600 because they blamed my insurance company for the bill, claiming they were refusing to pay it when in fact they had already paid it... 4 months ago. Icing on the cake, after getting all of that sorted, they are doing it again with the bill for my follow-up appointment from that one. Absolutely unreal experience. It's really not worth the risk to go here. If your insurance company isn't willing to fight them for you, you can be stuck with insane bills that will never change because of a completely incompetent billing dept.

Terrible service, terrible waiting time to get an appointment even when you have an urgent case. They still offer you only a Televisit which can be scheduled only in a month and which doesn't make sense at all. I will immediately be changing the organization.
