Kathy (the owner) is amazing! She did everything I asked for and made suggestions along with my asks. She did not try to push anything on me to raise the price and she and I had good conversation while she was doing my nails. Will definitely be going to see Kathy again in 2-3 weeks!
I had gotten my nails done previously at a different nail salon nearby and I was not happy at all with how my nails came out. This is one of the most cleanest nail spas I have ever been in the area. All tools are brand new (meaning sterilized and in individual bags) and they just changed their massage chairs, I have been coming here for the last 15 years!

I have to say when I went, 2 ladies did my nails at the same time, one doing my hands for a gel mani and one doing my nails for the feet. Both ladies were friendly, however the gel mani was sloppily done. The lady doing my hands didn't apply the polish neatly so every nail has nail polish that is slightly outside my nail bed or on my skin. Also, I've already started chipping even though this was a gel manicure done a few days ago. The lady on my feet did do a good job although I think she could have spent more time scrubbing my feet. Wouldn't go out of my way to come here unless I need a last minute pedi.
