Antonina Bodywork

Antonina is very talented with her hands, and really understands the human body. She also explains what she is doing and gives good advice. I am a high mileage runner who recently had to take 4 months off due to a mysterious back injury that evaded diagnosis by multiple orthopedists & physical therapists, but Antonina gave me relief in just a few sessions, and I recently finished the Boston marathon!

I came with lots of stiff muscles and neck pain. Antonina knows bodies, unlike any massage therapist I've ever been to. She goes straight to the source of the problem and with complete mastery, goes to work.

i recently broke my ankle in three places. Antonina has been the best part of my rehab! She's kind, knowledgeable and intuitive. She's been helping with the post surgery scar tissue and swelling as well as helping me regain mobility and flexibility. She's got an amazing capacity to understand how my whole body has been impacted by 3 months of crutches and now the slow process of returning to walking. She has the rare gift of taking in the whole picture and I leave my appointments with her feeling lighter and more hopeful about the whole recovery process. She's providing me with the best rehab/recovery bodywork, I've ever found- and believe me I've looked around!
