This is my third time meeting Vonzell. He accurately diagnosed the issue and resourcefully made a plan to solve my issue. Diligently he worked to repair my washing machine issue. Vonzell is friendly, respectful, resourceful, skilled, and timely. I wish he could be in charge of repairing all of my appliances.
