Vadym is incredible. I called on a Thursday when my dish washer broke, and he immediately responded and said he could come the next day since we were leaving for vacation on Saturday. He came exactly on time, diagnosed the issue, walked me through what the repair would entail and what it would cost before he did anything, and even repositioned the dishwasher door so that it wasn't hitting against our cabinets. I'd highly recommend Vadym if you have an appliance issue!

I called up All Brand Appliance Repair & Service to repair my washer. I spoke to Vadym who diagnosed my problem via the phone and text message to save me the cost of going over. He informed me the unit is damaged and is not worthwhile to repair and I would be better off getting a new washer and dryer. Vadym explained the problem in detail and even told me what model I should get as the replacement. Just overall an amazing experience and I would definitely use this company in the future for any appliance repair work. Vadym may have saved our family from disaster. I'm not talking about a wet floor or a busted fridge: I mean he saved us from a gas explosion and carbon monoxide poisoning.One Sunday, I woke up and my gas clothes dryer was hot to the touch. Like scorching. I had run a load when I went to bed, but the side of the dryer was baking hot.I emailed Vadym to check it out, and he immediately scheduled a visit, even though he normally wouldn't be out on a Sunday -- he was worried about us.Turned out the burner valve in the dryer was stuck on and had been lighting a flame for about eight hours. Luckily the hose on the dryer was venting all of the CO properly. He got that fix sorted, but during the test, said he smelled a light gas smell. We wiggled the dryer out of its cabinet and there we found that the gas line we had to pay extra to have a plumber install was barely finger tight. It had been slowly, lightly leaking gas. We tightened it up and I thought it was probably a good day to go buy a lottery ticket as well.On top of it all, he's done excellent, affordable repair for years, is an honest professional, and always tells me when the cost of repair is getting so high that it might be worth just buying new -- even though that takes money out of his pocket in the short-term.Highest possible recommendation.
