In just one session, Zola restored full range of motion and relieved the pain in my shoulder that had been plaguing me for almost a year. PT wasn't working, and I was beginning to doubt I would ever be free of it. But Zola is a miracle worker, with a healing touch both gentle and strong. In addition to being a highly skilled therapist, she is a wonderful and warm person as well. Thank you Zola, I will most definitely be back!

What a wonderful massage from Zola! I immediately felt better head-to-toe. My massage was thorough, personalized to my needs, and all-around a great experience. I highly recommend getting a massage at Tough of Hope. I will most definitely return and am looking forward to it!!

Zola has a deep understanding of the human body that is apparent just a few minutes into a massage. She works confidently with the most delicate and complicated layers of muscle. After a massage with Zola I feel not only rejuvenated, but educated on how to better support my own body. Highly recommend!
