Had a great experience at the Warby Parker Burlington store today. Sarah was super helpful and knowledgeable. She took her time to help me find the perfect frames and filed the insurance claim for me. Also love the selection of fun, unique frames at very reasonable prices
The store was incredibly busy on a holiday weekend but the staff balanced the roles of retail and healthcare workers seamlessly. They were unfazed dealing with insurance speed bumps and in the end everything synced up nicely with insurance. The optometrist was informative and friendly. I was able to get an eye exam appointment at Warby Parker much faster than my optometrist at a major hospital.
I found the staff at the Burlington Mall, Burlington, MA, to be very prompt, courteous and professional. In addition, the individual who first greeted us, help me select the style of frames that worked best for me. Very pleased with my experience.
