I was way overdue to get my new prescription filled (due to the fact that thankfully distance eyeglasses are not a matter of necessity for me - yet)(the reading glasses have been a necessity now for 20 years) and not looking forward to going to the Burlington Mall (which is closer to my new house), having previously patronized the Harvard Square store. Luckily I could easily negotiate the terrible corridors of the mall and found it smack dab in the center of the mall. The staff was lovely, I got a wonderful salesperson who quickly intuited what style I would like, and I left a happy customer, having bought 2 pairs of glasses which are to be delivered to my house.
Unfortunately I don’t remember this woman’s name but she is the absolute best! Short blonde hair, great attitude and has the best personality and sense of humor!! Sorry I can’t remember her name but she’s the reason we stayed and got glasses. The guy who helped us first must’ve been new, very nice guy but he wasn’t sure of pretty much any questions we had.. very nice guy though! I’ll still recommend people to go here
Warby Parker is truly the best place to purchase eyewear. Quality,price,service the best. My whole family uses Warby Parker and is extremely pleased. I am a senior and have worn glasses since third grade. I have tried many places over the years and have found Warby Parker the best. Don’t waste your time shopping around stay with the best they do it right!
