My husband and I see Dr Howerter, He is Absolutely the best! Outstanding warm Personality so Knowledgeable, Never rushes your appointment. Takes the time to answer any question you might have. He is incredible!! Also the entire staff is wonderful.Always so Friendly and Helpful!
I had a crazy commute! 7 miles took me 42 minutes at 7:03am. I tried to call to let them know about the sitch…(big accident on 128), they couldn’t transfer me, the phone line weren’t open-yuck! When I finally arrived 13 minutes late!!!!!- the woman at the front desk was SO UNDERSTANDING, then the Tech, Cheryl, was AMAZING!(remember this is at 7:45am) then we got through the preliminary eye exam, and I met with Dr Pierre- HELLO! Very crowded minimum handicap parking when finally called reprsyedctestsxyhst had been done 10 days ago in Arlington office Though I was having eyelids taken care of when drctuvkrr came in she looked over info did no exam but some pictures were taken then told if insurance would cover I had to go to Peabody for surgery on bottom eye lid When I went to appointment it was for Dec 19 Is there no other surgeon available sooner and not so far away Boston is easier
