I have been a nail client of Effie’s for many years. I love that my nails are done by hand, no drills or other tools that can weaken a nail. I am a gel nails client and there is a wide variety of colors to choose from. Effie takes great care to ensure her clients are happy with their services and is a wonderful conversationalist. We’ve learned a lot about each other over the years so there is never a shortage of conversation and laughter. It’s like hanging with a good friend when I go for my appointments.
Julia has been doing my hair for the past couple of years. She is kind, knowledgeable and an expert at her craft. I always feel my best after she’s worked on my hair, whether it’s a color, a cut or just a wash & blow dry!
The other stylists in the salon seem equally as dedicated to their work & their clients.
Lisa has taken care of my esthetician needs a few times. She is very friendly and easy to get along with. I’ve always felt comfortable in her care.
The salon is clean, the front desk staff are professional and welcoming and appointments can usually be scheduled when needed. I look forward to my visits, even if it requires a bit of traveling to get there! Highly recommended,

Julia is truly a hair magician! I have long, curly, frizzy hair and a sensitive scalp, and somehow she makes it all look and feel amazing every single time. She’s so gentle, so talented, and just gets it. I always leave feeling like a million bucks (or at least a very confident hundred!). Highly recommend her to anyone looking for a colorist who knows how to work with real hair and make you feel beautiful while doing it!

If I could give 10 stars I would. My mom, sister and I all see Katie. After trying so many different salons for years, Katie is the only hairdresser who takes the time to listen to my exact needs. She always delivers on exactly what I wants. She is insanely accurate, talented and thorough. Overall, the environment is very clean, relaxing and upscale. Expensive, but you do get what you pay for. If you want results, Ask for Katie

I have been going here for several years for waxing and facials with Michelle! I absolutely love it here! From the moment you walk in you feel pampered! The front desk people are always attentive and have a smile on their face. The product selection is also great! I actually drive about 45 minutes to go here! Highly recommend trying this place!

I had my hair dyed and highlight by Danielle and I honestly can't recommend her enough! She knows exactly what you want and has a great eye for colouring. Always great catching up with her and I look forward to it each time. Can't wait to come back and get it done again thank you Danielle!

Just had my hair colored by Danielle. I have to say, it’s extremely difficult to find a professional that can do a highlight close to the root. Danielle nailed it! Not only is Danielle a talented colorist, she is pleasant, professional and the sweetest hair professional. It’s so eminent enjoys coloring hair, her dedication shines through with the end result. Highly recommend Danielle, you won’t be disappointed.

This review is for my wife's supposed keratin treatment. It was her birthday and she decided to get this treatment done. We were running late and we were constantly informing the receptionist Kelly about our delay. We were caught in heavy traffic and rains. However, they did not accommodate my wife's appointment and they also charged her a whopping $375 for not showing up on time. I called them and pleaded with them to accommodate her appointment since we were genuinely held up in the rains. I can understand charging a certain percentage as cancelation or rescheduling fees. But what happened was customer service at its very worst !! On another note, my wife had previously gone there to get highlights on her hair. But after 'wasting' an hour of her time with the procedure, she did not get any highlights on her hair. They had the audacity to charge her $375 for getting a few mins late this time. So my wife should have been reimbursed for her wasted hour for the highlights treatment, right? I don't think this establishment will maintain long-term customer relations if it continues to function this way.
