We have been using eComdash for several years. Although they are usually good in responding back but there is clearly a major problem which they have always been failed to resolve. The inventory does not sync properly to all integrated channels which causes us over selling stock and then over head of customer support to deal with refunds etc. Recently, none of the ebay sync feeds are working. Despite of contacting them several time with no solution, now the response rate has also reduced. We are working on switching away from eComdash and looking for an alternative option with reliable inventory sync.

shopped between many software and picked Ecomdash. The price is most reasonable and has all the functions I need to manage inventory among my online stores. I had used it for almost 3 years now, the customer service is great, they get back to you pretty quickly and answers my question very clearly.

There's a huge amount that's good about ecomdash and it does most of what I want. Support is awesome but support hours are limited (and I'm not running my business during "normal business hours")...but if you can wait, you'll get excellent help.
