Company should be out of business from fines alone after the 2023 data breach. Absolutely ridiculous that companies like Progress and Equifax can continue to exist after exposing so many people's data.

Support is just awful.No response to inquiries made prior to purchase.When I inquired about the product after purchasing it, the technical support staff gave vague answers and after two weeks the problem was still not resolved.The worst tech support I've ever experienced.
