As a homeowner I am very much conditioned to not trusting anyone to work on my home and for good reason. Most companies never show up on time. They don’t make good on their guarantees. And on many occasions, the agreed upon price somehow gets inflated midway through a job. I can confidently say that I have found the plumber that I will use for the rest of the time in the area. Chase Plumbing restored my faith that their are companies that show up, guarantee their work and never inflate prices. Chase installed a new boiler in my home about a year ago. The unthinkable happened. The boiler was defective. It made what I can only describe as haunted house noises, burping and howling noises when it turned on and off. Chase worked with their supplier to get a warranty replacement for the boiler and replaced at no charge. Ian, you run your company like a finely tuned machine. Thank you!!
