I have taken my things to the zipper hospital for many years.
Knara and Michael ALWAYS do FABULOUS work, their prices are VERY REASONABLE, and they are wonderful people.
Recently they replaced two zippers in my backpack, tightened the waist elastic for my pants, and shortened a pair of pants. Each item was done PERFECTLY!
I highly recommend them . . . they get a million stars!

A hidden gem. I’ve been to a number of tailors in the greater Boston area since 2018 and none of them compare to Zipper Hospital. Attentive, meticulous and they understand quality design at a reasonable price.

They fixed two pairs of dress pants which were ruined back in 2018. Thankfully I decided to bring this difficult challenge to Knara and Michael who were able to fix the ruined pants. Amazing work.
