We have used Alan and his team for many years! he has always been very responsive to our requests and accommodated service calls very quickly. Work is always completed right away and is reasonably priced. I know if we have an HVAC issues, and I call Alan, it is going to be taken care of quickly, reliably, and completely. I would recommend Alan. Our outdoor A/C Unit went out on a Sunday when it was 90 degrees outside. Our 10 room bed and breakfast was getting hot! Alan arrived 2 hours after we called for him. He was pleasant and invested in getting us up an running asap. He problem solved and fixed the problem. Then he followed up! This is the second time we've used Pro Air and I'd call them again!Service: A/C system repair
