I needed help quickly. I asked for a quote online from PC Nerds and received a reply from Paul within 10-15 minutes. Shortly after that I received the call I requested and Paul walked me through scenarios I should try in case the issue could be corrected over the phone which unfortunately for me did not work. The hard drive was severely damaged. Paul gave me the quote and recommended certain parts over others. He was very knowledgeable, professional, polite and listened to my concerns. I felt sure I had found the proper person that I can trust to fix and update my computer and I wasn’t wrong. He offered to pick up and drop off my computer. I needed quickly so I dropped it off. After speaking with Paul for a while I felt comfortable where I didn’t hesitate to give him the password to my computer. Paul promptly performed the repairs. He was able to save the data on my hard drive even though it was severely damaged. I received my computer fixed with the right quoted estimate, quickly and on time.
