One word, EXCEPTIONAL. I brought in 5 pairs of pants to be hemmed. I was initially concerned about bringing so many pairs in to be altered by a new tailor, but the professionality and fantastic customer service was far superior to others in the area (including cheaper). My 5 pairs were ready for pickup the next day - despite giving them a week. The quality of the stitching is incredibly even - great work Orchid Dry Cleaners!

Great local option for a dry cleaner! Have gotten many different things cleaned by them and it’s all come back beautiful! I also got a sweater mended recently (one that was rife with holes…) and it looks good as new!!
