Nurse Megan treated me quickly and kindly. And even though she could not help me, because I needed more intense help, she sent me to the exact right ER, where I was seen right away and got the help I needed. Very grateful to her.
I already had to go there twice, and every single time I was treated really empathetically. The doctors really took time to listen to what I had to say and helped me find an optimal treatment. Literally no waiting time on both occasions.
My husband and I went to the urgent care this afternoon. There was no line and we were seen rather quickly. My husband had ingrown toenail that was causing him pain and bleeding. We were taken care of by Kasey Higgins PA. She was knowledgeable, courteous, nice and amazing. She took care of the Ingrown toenail surgically and prescribed antibiotics, tinus shot, and after care instructions. I would say her professionalism is superb. She not only took care of the symptoms, but got to the root of the problem. I would highly recommend her to any patient. Her care was above our expectation. Thank you Kasey.
