This last one he and his team replaced our entire 100yr old slate roof (with new slate he sourced from the same quarry as the original), repointed the chimneys, all new sub roof, rubber roofs, copper work, new gutters, painting and stucco repairs. These guys are amazing! We had the best experience working with them on a Hyatt Hotel in the down town area. They were very communicative and went the extra mile to track down hard to find materials and information needed to get the job done. They completed on time and on budget. Highly recommend Lockwood Construction. They recently repaired a basement wall that had water damage, it looks great and will stay dry with vent holes Jim put in. They built a rear addition including new bathroom which involved hoisting all materials over the roof since my unit is an attached townhouse; the space is beautiful now as it was when built 15 years ago.
