Jim has helped with three projects now. Big or small he comes through with fast, extremely high quality work. This last one he and his team replaced our entire 100yr old slate roof (with new slate he sourced from the same quarry as the original), repointed the chimneys, all new sub roof, rubber roofs, copper work, new gutters, painting and stucco repairs. His esthetics are meticulous and thoughtful. He thinks about the budget, the history of the property and the client. He is easy to work with, clear, straight forward and professional. He gets the best tradesmen/women. He is worth every penny and he backs up his work.

These guys are amazing! We had the best experience working with them on a Hyatt Hotel in the down town area. They were very communicative and went the extra mile to track down hard to find materials and information needed to get the job done. They completed on time and on budget. I would recommend then to any one for any type of project big or small. The owner of the company was an absolute pleasure to work with! Thank you Lockwood Construction!
Highly recommend Lockwood Construction. They recently repaired a basement wall that had water damage, it looks great and will stay dry with vent holes Jim put in. They built a rear addition including new bathroom which involved hoisting all materials over the roof since my unit is an attached townhouse; the space is beautiful now as it was when built 15 years ago.
