I have to commend their staff for going above and beyond to ensure client satisfaction. When I recently raised a (relatively minor) issue with the team, they went above and beyond to contact me, personally ensured that my concern was addressed, and did so almost immediately following my email. Just brilliant and I have to thank them sincerely for taking me seriously and ensuring a good experience at the gym.

I LOVE THIS GYM! 😍 I had to move to another city and I miss my Coolidge Corner Healthworks routine soooo much! I had the best time when I was there, with wonderful classes, amazing instructors and trainers. Equipment is well taken care of, the staff is awesome and the whole place is clean. Sauna, steam room, classes, massage sessions, all equipment... This gym truly has everything and now it makes it SO difficult to get used to any other gym 😩. Thank you, Healthworks! ❤ It is my goal to go back, even if it is only for a day. ❤

The staff is friendly and the facilities are clean and well cared for. I always feel like I'm treating myself when I go. My only complaint would be a smoother app experience, but they've been consistently working to improve it!
