booked a last minute appointment online for full highlights at 5 PM. by 8:30 i had platinum highlights, gorgeous layers, and a beautiful blowout. and my hair is thick, long, and dark brown! i am so impressed by Giovanni’s skill. after having a really bad day it was so refreshing to find a hair dresser who understood my goals and made my dreams come true. i showed him a few reference photos and he knew just what to do. the receptionist was so kind as well and another woman who helped with my hair. incredible staff here and extremely talented!
