A few weeks ago, I had broken my home key and this is the only copy I had and I got to brookline lock at like 445 and they’re closing at 5 o’clock. These guys were absolute rock stars. They Truly are lifesavers. I think they’re very undervalued and very underappreciated, but I wanna say thank you guys. I just came into your shop just now. You can look up my name. Praveen Venna. And you guys put the key together you got in touch with my management we verified where I live. And I just wanna say thank you again. Amazing quality of work and everyone that worked there man they’re really good guys.

I went to Brookline Lock today, hoping to find a very small part for a Baldwin deadbolt cylinder. It’s called a tail piece. The one on my cylinder had broken, making the lock inoperable. It was my lucky day. Dante welcomed me and listened to my request. I had brought the cylinder with me. Much to my amazement, he said that he might be able to help me. He consulted with a few of his coworkers and working together, they found the exact part that I needed. Dante installed it and said there was no charge.
