I apologize the woman shampooed my hair and did the color helped me select. I selected 1 and 2 glaze for Gray hair. My hair is softer and manageable. People told me my skin would get worse/irritated before it got better, but when I woke up the next morning, the redness I had before the facial was gone and my skin looked great.
