Horrible company, but I already knew they were before finding their company on here. They truly don’t care. I’m in the wrong business because they make a fortune for being soooo rude. It’s not like you chose them .. they clearly chose you. Best of luck with your interactions because they clearly aren’t going anywhere. A lot of businesses use them. It said Robert’s but Franks was the tow company - they all work together. They all will be in Hell together.
Last night around 10:15 one of their trucks was rushing down Commonwealth Avenue near Griggs st and I was waiting before crossing the street and thank God I did it was driving over the speed limit and the back part of the tow truck ( I'm not an expert on the names of these Parts but it was an extension of the truck used for Towing - a very large piece of black colored metal) swung like over 45° towards me and almost hit me. Also I do believe if you ever get towed by these guys at a certain liquor store that's quite well known in the neighborhood I think they may have set up some sort of agreement with the owner, other people told me this is not the only location be careful...read full review
These non humane people are just drug addicted, no sympathy or any kindness, pure evil. We work hard for our money and we make mistakes no need to rip us off like this, what I made in two days they took it in 5 minutes,
