wrongfully towed my car that I payed to have parked. he yelled at me and was extremely rude when I confronted him about it. only accepts cash, and the legal name of the business does not match the names listed on the documents he hands out, on the building, or any signage. scam!!!
Very shady company. First of all, it appears they’re using a fake name on here, because they’re actually called Franks Towing. They’re running a racket with Hamilton Company where they tow your car from your spot, even if you have a parking pass. They probably give kickbacks to them. They also damaged my vehicle when they towed it
Evil, predatory, sketchy, probably evading some regulations. Towed my friend's car less than twenty minutes after we parked (probably staking out in the streets of Allston), then charged us $170 (cash only, no change, didn't check IDs, no receipt). Between signage and Google Maps, we found three separate names for the company. Something suspicious is going on here.
