Dr. Chang is great - she was friendly and very knowledgeable, and the eye exam went great. They didn’t try to sell me glasses in a super-pushy manner unlike other optometrists I’ve had in the past, and gave me a prescription when asked for.
Dr. Chang is very kind and definitely very knowledgable. She doesn’t pressure you to buy contacts or glasses at her office, and it’s always a joy to see her. She even graciously took me in when I was 15 minutes late to my appointment.
I went here today for my routine eye exam and could not have been more pleased with the level of service.I've had bad luck finding a great provider in the area, as my past experiences with two providers were subpar. One was extremely disorganized and lacked the ability to follow-up to my concerns. The second provider I went to rushed through the exam (it was maybe 15-20 minutes), and she didn't really seem that interested in her patients - it felt like an exam factory.Dr. Chang at Optimum Vision Care was a complete 180. She actually took the time to discuss with me my questions and provided a high level of care and concern for my eye health. I did not feel like I was being rushed out the door. She had a great bedside manner and sense of humor. I also was confused about an exam fee and got a little bewildered, but Dr. Chang addressed my concerns on that as well. Totally my error in interpreting something and was satisfied with the level of professionalism by the entire staff.I was getting a little frustrated in finding an optometry practice to establish myself as a patient, so I'm happy I found Optimum Vision Care. I'll definitely be back!
